Here is what you need to know about returns before placing an order on Motorcycle-Fairing.com: - Returns are accepted.
- There is a restocking fee of $100 per kit and 15% per part returned.
- Return postage paid by the customer.
- You must contact us prior to returning anything in order to receive the return address as well
as a return authorization number. Do not return the fairings to our factory in Hong Kong, this will delay processing of your return.
- Return Authorization Number must be on the outside of the box when returned.
- Returns must be made via regular post and you must indicate the item is a return and not a purchase.
-ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION AND NOT PREVIOUSLY MOUNTED ON BIKES.
Ordering the correct kit is essential, please make sure you order the correct kit and specify at checkout the type of bike you own, including: Make/Year/Model, the more details the better so we can be certain you receive the proper kit.
